Meetingpad vs OneCal

OneCal copies events between your calendars so they mirror each other. It solves the "I got double-booked" pain with duplication as the cure. That's fine as far as it goes. And if all you need is cross-calendar visibility, it works. If you actually run multiple Google Workspaces as your daily driver, you eventually notice you're carrying 4-8 copies of every meeting in your week view. And that OneCal still doesn't help you send an invite from the right Gmail. Meetingpad is what you switch to.
