HOW TO
You have two or more Google Calendars (personal + work, or client A + client B + client C) and you want a single scheduling flow that respects all of them — no double-bookings, no meeting-title leaks between accounts, no juggling four Chrome profiles. Here are your four realistic options and when each makes sense.
Zero cost, native Google support. You keep each account in its own Chrome profile and switch between them. Works fine for viewing. Breaks the moment you need one booking link that respects all your calendars: no profile knows about the others.
Each Google account gets its own Calendly account ($10/seat/month Standard or free for one event type). You maintain N logins and hand out N booking links. Each Calendly sees only its own connected calendar, so cross-account double-bookings are still possible unless you cross-share (which leaks meeting titles) or manually reconcile.
Teams plan ($16/seat/month) unifies billing and adds team routing, but if you want distinct send-from identities per link (invite from client A's Gmail for one, client B's for another) you still need one seat per Google account. Four accounts = $64/month.
A macOS menubar app that connects each Google account as a first-class identity. Server-side availability across all accounts via Google's freeBusy API. Per-identity booking links. Titleless "Busy" placeholders written to the other calendars whenever a booking arrives. $8/month flat, unlimited identities.
That's it. Guests book on your links, invites go from the correct Gmail, and your other calendars get titleless Busy placeholders automatically.
