The multi-client booking-link goal
For each client engagement you want:
- A dedicated booking link you hand out to that client's counterparts.
- Events created on that client's Google Calendar (so their team sees them in the shared calendar view).
- Invites sent from your Gmail address on that client's Workspace (so recipients see it come from an email address they recognize).
- Event type customization per client — some want 30-min intros, some want 60-min working sessions.
- Unified availability across all clients — no double-bookings, no calendar-Tetris.
How Meetingpad handles it
Each Google account you connect becomes a first-class identity
in Meetingpad. Each identity has:
- Its own display name (typically the client's name or your role there — "BasicOps", "Client A", "Fractional CTO @ Kollegio").
- Its own timezone.
- Its own Gmail send authorization (so invites come from that account's email address).
- Its own event types with their own working hours, durations, buffers.
- Its own public booking link.
Availability is unified server-side: any calendar busy at 3pm
Thursday blocks 3pm Thursday on every link. When a booking arrives on
one link, Meetingpad drops a titleless Busy placeholder on the other
calendars so nobody else can book you at that time.
Setup walkthrough
- Download Meetingpad for Mac (macOS 14+).
- Launch and sign in with a Meetingpad account (free — one-time).
- Click "Connect Google account" → sign in with your first client's Google account → grant calendar + Gmail permissions.
- Repeat for every additional client account.
- For each identity, create at least one event type. Common patterns:
- Client A / 30-min intro → link like
meetingpad.io/book/{clientA-token}/30min
- Client A / 60-min working session → separate link, same identity
- Client B / office hours → different identity, different link
- Set working hours per identity — Client A's team is on East Coast so their booking page shows 9-5 ET; Client B's is West Coast so theirs shows 9-5 PT.
- Copy each identity's booking link from the menubar. Hand out the right link to the right counterpart.
What the guest sees
A branded booking page for that specific identity. Working hours
match what you set. Slot picker only offers times you're actually
free (across all your accounts). They book, they get the calendar
invite from your correct client Gmail, everything routes to your
client's Google Calendar.
Pricing
Meetingpad Pro is $8/month flat with unlimited
identities. Compare to Calendly Teams at $16/seat/month per identity
(4 clients = $64/mo) or Cal.com Teams at $12/user/month per identity
