HOW TO
Calendly's free plan assumes one Google account per user. If you're a fractional CxO, consultant, or agency partner juggling 2+ client Workspaces, Calendly's free tier stops covering you the moment you want the second account. Here's a real free alternative that was built for exactly this.
Calendly's Free plan supports one connected calendar and one event type. The second you need a second booking link that sends invites from a different Gmail address, you need Calendly Teams at $16/seat/month per identity — or you have to juggle multiple separate Calendly accounts.
Multiple separate accounts sort of works but each Calendly only sees its own calendar. Book on Account A's link and Account B doesn't know — cross-account double-bookings become inevitable.
