HOW TO
Calendly's free plan assumes one Google account per user. If you're a fractional CxO, consultant, or agency partner juggling 2+ client Workspaces, Calendly's free tier stops covering you the moment you want the second account. Here's a real free alternative that was built for exactly this.
Calendly's Free plan supports one connected calendar and one event type. The second you need a second booking link that sends invites from a different Gmail address, you need Calendly Teams at $16/seat/month per identity, or you have to juggle multiple separate Calendly accounts.
Multiple separate accounts sort of works but each Calendly only sees its own calendar. Book on Account A's link and Account B doesn't know, cross-account double-bookings become inevitable.

Calendly is a mature single-user scheduler with a real team product on top. If you're running a five-rep sales team that needs round-robin assignment across everyone, or you need Salesforce / HubSpot integrations with real workflows, or you're standardized on Outlook and Microsoft 365, Calendly is the right pick for that shape of problem. Meetingpad won't fit.
Meetingpad is the right pick when the shape of the problem is "one person, multiple Google Workspaces, needs the whole workflow in one native Mac app." Nobody else in this category is built for that specifically.
