CALCULATOR

What's your current scheduling tool really costing you?

For people running multiple Google Workspace accounts, the direct subscription cost is only half the bill. The other half is the time you burn reconciling double-bookings, apologizing for invites that came from the wrong email address, and manually cross-checking calendars every morning. This calculator estimates both, and compares to Meetingpad Pro at $8/mo flat.

Assumptions behind the numbers
  • Direct tool cost. Calendly Teams = $16/seat/mo × accounts. Multiple Calendly Standard = $10/seat/mo × accounts. CalendarBridge = tiered by calendar count ($5 for 2, $10 for 5, $40 for 8). OneCal ≈ $8 per synced calendar. All verified against public pricing as of 2026-08-17.
  • Time reclaimed. We assume ~3% of your bookings hit some kind of cross-account friction — double-booking, invite from wrong Gmail, guest confused about which calendar to look at, manual reconciliation. Each incident averages ~15 minutes to resolve (reschedule email, apologize, sort the mess). At 25 meetings/week that's roughly one incident every 10 days. Meetingpad's design eliminates the class of problems that produce these incidents.
  • What we don't include. Reputational cost of sending client invites from the wrong Gmail. Opportunity cost of a slot lost to a double-booking. Cognitive load of switching between Chrome profiles. These are real but harder to price, so we leave them out to keep the number defensible.
  • Meetingpad's price. $8/month Pro (unlimited accounts) or $80/year. Free forever for 2 accounts.
