FOR FRACTIONAL CFOs
As a fractional CFO you're on 3-5 client Google Workspaces at once, often with NDAs, sometimes with board or observer seats. A meeting title on one client's calendar showing up on another is a real confidentiality problem. Meetingpad's model, titleless "Busy" placeholders instead of copied events, is designed to keep client contexts strictly isolated.
Sync tools that copy events across your connected calendars can drag titles with them. A CFO's meeting title is often the sensitive part: "Series B pitch prep." "Auditor Q&A." "Termsheet review." When those end up copied into another client's calendar that their team can see, you have an accidental disclosure.
Cross-sharing calendars between clients is a non-starter for exactly the same reason. Manual title redaction on every sync isn't fluent.
No event copying. Ever. When someone books a slot on any of your Meetingpad booking links, the actual meeting event lives only on the client Google Workspace where the booking happened. Your other connected calendars get a small titleless Busy placeholder. No meeting name, no attendees, no notes. Just: "you're not free."
